Features:

1.The internal and external supporting stations could automatically control the buffering ,which could make the shoes into best effect.

2.The claw disc could move to both sides at one time or move inward or outward by one side .The inner and outer support platforms could drop(facilitating replacement of last).

3.The pressing travel of shoe hed adopts adjustment -free design and it is not affected by difference of temperature and pressure at all ,extending extremely stably pressing force.

4.The adjustment and sizing of shoes on claw disc is realized by synchronuzed automatic adjustment with accurate and rapid effect .It also prevents angle generated by seamless gap.

5.The 7-cm cutting die is equipped with 9-claw nonrotating device. The large curve ensures tight and secure bounding of shoe back . The curve at waist better meets shoe last and facilitates upper gluing.

6.The all purpose tightener and special sweeping cutter ensures that,after upper bonding ,the shoe surface meets shoe last evenly and tightly without any angle .The appearance will be more pleasing and the quality is improved.

7.The pressure and speed of each mechanism could be adjusted externally. Pressure gauge is fitted outside the frame ,facilitating machinery operation and regulation
